Family Medicine Solo job located in Ohio

 Long-established primary care / functional medicine office in Powell Ohio has a physician who will be retiring.

The office is ready for someone to walk in and take it over. The physician is not looking to be bought out. The office is free for the taking. The current physician has slowed down the practice patient volume, so the practice will need to be grown. The current patient volume pays for all the overhead and contributes some to the physician's compensation.

The practice is unique in that it deals with routine primary care issues as well as patients that have been left undiagnosed by other physicians. These patients typically have Lyme disease, mold toxicity, heavy metals and other toxins. The office has been successful in treating these patients which makes the practice more fulfilling that just a routine primary care office. The current physician is willing to work with the new physician to get them up to speed on functional medicine and the difficult patients. Practice management assistance is also in place to deal with administrative issues.

The practice is currently cash only except for Medicare. 

The physician would really like to find someone to take over the practice instead of just shutting it down. The practice offers service to patients that have been unsuccessful in finding help elsewhere. New patients have been coming from throughout Ohio and out of state to seek care. It would be a significant loss of medical knowledge if the practice shuts its doors.
