Primary Care Physician Locums Job in Oregon | Tuesday–Friday | Beginning ASAP – Ongoing | Assignment #114576

Coverage Details
-- Tuesday–Friday, 7:30am–5:30pm
-- Full-time coverage required with consistency for up to 12 months
-- Credentialing timeframe: Temporary privileges can be issued

Requirements
-- Board Certification in Family Medicine – highly preferred; will accept truly board eligible
-- Oregon state license
-- BLS - Highly Preferred
-- Clean malpractice history – Highly Preferred

Required Procedures / Skills
-- Primary care procedures
-- Circumcisions potentially

Assignment Details
-- Patient population: Newborn through geriatric
-- Patient volume: 17–20 patients per day
-- Support staff: 1 medical assistant, receptionist; clinic RN as needed
-- Providers needed: 1
-- EMR: eClinicalWorks
