Job Description
Salem is the second-largest metro area in Oregon and the capital city of Oregon. Salem is close to outdoor hiking, the beach is an hour away, and skiing is an hour away. It also has excellent schools. There are very nice smaller communities outside of Salem for those that want country living close to the city.

- 4 hours of weekly administrative time built into schedule
- Employed position with a small, collegial team of primary care clinicians
- Integrated model with a dedicated medical assistant for each provider
- On-site services include labs, pharmacy, audiology, and OB-GYN
- Patient panel of 18 - 22 patients per day
