Provide Comprehensive Primary Care

As a Family Medicine Physician, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality healthcare services to patients of all ages. You will build strong patient relationships, diagnose and treat illnesses, manage chronic conditions, and provide preventive care. This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a dedication to patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute illness treatment.
• Conduct thorough medical histories and physical examinations.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans.
• Build strong patient relationships and provide education and support.
• Collaborate effectively with nurses and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records using the EPIC EMR system.
• Stay up-to-date on advancements in family medicine through CME activities.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited residency program in Family Medicine.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• A valid PA Medical License or the ability to obtain one.
