Family Medicine Agency job located in Pennsylvania

• Mina Home Healthcare, a compassionate, Christian-based home health agency, is looking for a dedicated and licensed Pennsylvania physician to join our team in a collaborative, non-controlling role. This position is crucial in ensuring compliance with the Pennsylvania Department of Health regulations and the Corporate Practice of Medicine doctrine. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide oversight of clinical policies, procedures, and care protocols
• Conduct periodic chart audits and quality reviews for compliance with PA DOH and CMS standards
• Champion quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient care. Serve as an active member of the Professional Advisory Committee (PAC) committee.
• Act as a resource to the Director of Nursing and administrator for clinical guidance
• Provide advisory oversight in accordance with CPOM, ensuring a supportive and collaborative environment without control or ownership of the 

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physician: M.D. or D.O. licensed and in good standing in Pennsylvania.
• Expert Knowledge: Familiarity with the Corporate Practice of Medicine doctrine and PA Department of Health home health regulations.
• Relevant Experience: Prior experience in home health, long-term care, or community health is preferred.
• Faith-Aligned: Strong alignment with Christian values and a heart for serving vulnerable populations.
• Effective Communicator: Excellent communication and documentation skills to collaborate effectively with our team.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay: $150/hour or $700/month (based on scope).
