This Federally Qualified Health Center provides comprehensive primary care services to the Philadelphia community with established protocols for routine medical care. Clinical responsibilities include conducting routine patient evaluations, delivering standard primary care services, and managing diverse medical conditions while maintaining accurate documentation. The position requires board certification and involves no call requirements. The clinician will work collaboratively with medical assistants, licensed practical nurses, and registered nurses to ensure optimal patient outcomes within the federally qualified health center framework.
