This correctional facility provides outpatient primary care services to patients in a secure clinical environment in Pennsylvania. The facility operates with established protocols suited to corrections-based healthcare delivery and maintains standard clinical procedures to ensure continuity of care. Full support staff is available to assist with daily clinical operations.

Clinicians will provide outpatient primary care services in a correctional facility setting Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, during day shift hours. Clinical responsibilities include delivering primary care services within the corrections environment and maintaining accurate clinical documentation. Clinicians are expected to manage 15-20 patients per day. Prescriptive authority is required for this position.
