- Associate Center Clinical Director role with leadership responsibilities
- Phone call coverage shared among group
- Comprehensive outpatient geriatric care focus

- Lead care team including medical assistants and coordinators
- Board certification in geriatric medicine required
- Mix of direct patient care and clinical leadership duties
