My name is Eva Mackey, MD. I’m a family physician and I left corporate medicine 8 years ago to open a Direct Primary Care office in Rockwall, Texas. My practice is growing quickly and I need help! I am ready to offer another family physician the gift of Direct Primary Care. We are an out-patient clinic and see patients of all ages. We don’t do obstetrics. We have a weight management clinic with a life-style coach on staff. This is a patient centered and community focused clinic with a strong belief in the sanctity of the doctor-patient relationship.
We love Rockwall and Rockwall loves us. We were voted the best medical clinic by the Rockwall Herald Banner in 2024. Anyone who comes here will find that this is a welcoming, family friendly community.
Compensation Structure
Guaranteed base draw: $3000/month until a panel size of 80 patients is reached
After a panel of at least 80 is reached, revenue share: 60% of monthly membership revenue from assigned patients.
Deductions: Limited to physician-specific startup and licensing costs
Company pays employment taxes
Estimated Earning: $234,000/year when a panel of 500 is reached
Partnership Opportunity
After 36 months of service and a full patient panel (500+), you will be eligible to
purchase equity in Gem MD.
EX: Current Buy-in Price for 10% equity: $70,000 (based on current practice valuation)
Estimated Value of 10% equity in 3–5 Years: $120,000–$175,000+
Flexible buy-in terms or performance-based earn-in may be available
