Job Description
Join a nationally recognized health system in a growing Central West Texas community, where you can practice full-spectrum Family Medicine in a supportive environment with an excellent quality of life!
The Opportunity:
Practice full-spectrum Family Medicine (no OB) in a predominately outpatient setting
See a comfortable 15-20 patients a day
4.5-day workweek with protected administrative time
Collaborative team including 2 primary care physicians, 3 APCs, a general surgeon, and a supportive administration
Leadership opportunity if desired
Compensation & Benefits:
Guaranteed base salary years one and two. $400k+ income potential
$85,000 sign-on bonus
$5,000 relocation assistance
$3,000 for reimbursement for Texas medical license, DEA, and association board
PTO - 25 days
Health insurance, 401K with match, and paid medical malpractice
