Practice Medicine with Purpose - Family or Internal Medicine Physician

At (Login for Information), we believe the best care happens when physicians have the time, support, and freedom to focus on what truly matters—building meaningful relationships and caring for the whole person. Our value-based care model (with no fee-for-service pressures) ensures that quality, compassion, and connection—not volume—guide every decision you make.

We’re seeking a full-time Float Physician (Family or Internal Medicine) to serve our San Antonio-area clinics. This role offers flexibility, variety, and the chance to experience multiple clinic environments while being part of a mission-driven, faith-based organization committed to whole-person wellness. Clinic locations include Northwest, Northeast (Selma/Schertz), South San Antonio (Roosevelt), and North Central.

Why You’ll Love This Role
A Flexible, Balanced Schedule
Guaranteed 30 hours/week with the option to flex up to 40 hours
Monday–Friday only, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
No call, no nights, no weekends
Protected admin time built into your schedule so your day ends when it should, with no work to take home in the evenings

Low Volume, Relationship-Focused Care
Truly manageable patient load with 30- and 60-minute appointments
A value-based model that rewards quality over quantity (No RVUs)
A supportive RN clinical team so you can focus on the patient, not the paperwork
Whole-person care with seamless access to in-clinic PT, Nutrition, Mental Health, Ultrasound, and more
A compassionate, faith-based culture rooted in integrity, teamwork, and excellence

Opportunity to Grow and Advance
Exposure to multiple clinics and care teams
Ability to step into new clinical roles as they become available
Support for ongoing learning, development, and certifications
Great opportunity for an "early-career" physician who enjoys variety and exposure to different clinic settings

Comprehensive Benefits for Your Well-Being
Competitive salary, bonus structure, and mileage reimbursement
Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k)
Generous PTO and Maternity Leave
CME allowance + additional CME PTO
Commitment to support professional growth and long-term career development

Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited US School of Medicine; MD or DO
BC / BE (Family or Internal Medicine)
Current unrestricted Texas license
Current DEA Certificate
BLS
