Job Description
A respected Critical Access Hospital in the Texas Panhandle is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join an established, well-supported outpatient practice.
This is a true community-based role where you can practice full-spectrum family medicine without being overwhelmed by volume.
Practice Highlights:
100% outpatient Family Medicine
16-20 patients per day
Join 2 Family Medicine physicians + 3 APPs
Strong clinical support: MA/LVN, float MAs, and RNs
$300,000 guaranteed base salary
Proven earning potential $350,000+
$90,000 sign-on bonus
$15,000 relocation assistance
$160,000 student loan assistance
