Join our Joint Commission accredited outpatient organization delivering comprehensive, patient-centered primary care in a structured and mission-driven environment. This opportunity offers leadership responsibility, manageable patient volume, and proximity to the greater DFW area.

Practice Highlights

  • Outpatient primary care only
  • Target volume of 12 to 14 patients per day
  • Supervisory role over 2 Nurse Practitioners and 1 Physician Assistant
