The Opportunity:

100% outpatient Family Medicine with the option to incorporate and grow aesthetics

Manageable volume of 15-20 patients per day, allowing time for quality care

4.5-day workweek with dedicated, protected administrative time

Join a collaborative care model alongside 2 primary care physicians, 2 APPs, a general surgeon, and a physician-friendly administration

Medical Director role available for those interested in leadership and influence

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive guaranteed base salary for years one and two

$90,000 recruitment bonus

$3,000 reimbursement for Texas medical license, DEA, and professional association fees
