Family Medicine Hospital Based job located in Texas

Facility is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join an outpatient clinic 
- Internal Medicine or Family Medicine training accepted
- Monday–Friday 8a-5p outpatient-only schedule with no call requirements and excellent work-life balance
- Approximately 20 patients per day
- In-person and virtual care (audio/video and audio-only encounters) as needed
- Perform detailed patient assessments including medical histories, psychosocial evaluations, physical examinations, and diagnostic interpretation
- Diagnose and manage acute illnesses, chronic diseases, and preventive healthcare needs; develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based clinical guidelines
- Order, review, and interpret diagnostic tests and screenings
- Counsel and educate patients and families on disease prevention, health maintenance, chronic disease management, and wellness strategies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams and community resources for coordinated, patient-centered care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR system
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, patient satisfaction efforts, and operational excellence within the clinic
- Stay current with advancements in medicine through continuing education, seminars, and professional organizations
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, accreditation, and organizational policies
- Serve a diverse adult patient population in a community-focused healthcare system
