Job Description

This unique opportunity combines 100% outpatient Family Medicine with the ability to develop an aesthetics practice, offering clinical variety, strong support, and excellent work-life balance.

The Opportunity
  • 100% Outpatient Family Medicine
  • Opportunity to incorporate and grow medical aesthetics
  • Manageable volume of 15-20 patients per day
  • 4.5-day workweek with protected administrative time
  • Collaborate with 2 Family Medicine physicians, 2 APPs, and a General Surgeon
  • Physician-friendly leadership and supportive culture

    Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive guaranteed salary for Years 1 & 2
  • $90,000 recruitment package
  • $3,000 reimbursement for Texas license, DEA, and professional dues
