Position Overview

A full-time Family Medicine Physician is needed to join an outpatient clinic team in Brattleboro, VT. This role offers competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive, collaborative environment.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Full-time: 32 hours patient-facing + 8 hours administrative time

• No weekend requirements

• Call schedule: 1:11 rotation, limited to phone calls only

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care to adult and pediatric patients

• Manage an average daily patient load of 14

• Perform administrative duties, including charting, care coordination, and participation in quality improvement initiatives

• Participate in on-call rotation (phone only)

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team in a supportive outpatient environment

• Maintain all required licensure and certifications

• Contribute to succession planning to support long-term practice stability

Compensation & Incentives

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (Internal Medicine accepted) – Required

• If Board Eligible, graduation date must be provided – Required

• Active Vermont medical license (must be obtained prior to start) – Required

• DEA license – Required

• BLS certification – Required

• Clean malpractice history – Required

• Must be able to start by Fall 2025 – Required
