Position Overview
A full-time Family Medicine Physician is needed to join an outpatient clinic team in Brattleboro, VT. This role offers competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive, collaborative environment.
Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Full-time: 32 hours patient-facing + 8 hours administrative time

No weekend requirements

Call schedule: 1:11 rotation, limited to phone calls only
Responsibilities

Provide outpatient primary care to adult and pediatric patients

Manage an average daily patient load of 14

Perform administrative duties, including charting, care coordination, and participation in quality improvement initiatives

Participate in on-call rotation (phone only)

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team in a supportive outpatient environment

Maintain all required licensure and certifications

Contribute to succession planning to support long-term practice stability

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (Internal Medicine accepted) – Required

If Board Eligible, graduation date must be provided – Required

Active Vermont medical license (must be obtained prior to start) – Required
