Job Description

DATES NEEDED Family Medicine/Internal Medicine
  • Coverage needed starting ASAP ongoing.
  • Shift Details: 2 days per week Monday-Friday 8a-5p; No call, No weekends
  • Credentialing: 2-4 weeks
POSITION DETAILS Family Medicine/Internal Medicine
  • Setting: OP
  • Patient volume: 20-22; (Adults 18+)
  • Job Details: See patients for sick visits, chronic disease mgmt. (hypertension, diabetes, asthma, COPD, obesity, ADHD, etc.), annual physicals, immunizations, vaccinations, referral to specialty care.
  • EMR: eClinicalWorks
  • Support: Mas
  • Requirements: VA license, DEA
