A Corrections facility is seeking a Family Medicine DNP for locum tenens coverage.

The facility is located in Chesapeake, Virginia.

3- or 6-month assignment with the option to extend, and a quick 2-week credentialing process. Schedule is MondayFriday, 8 AM4:30 PM or four 10-hour shifts. Open to MDs or autonomous NPs/PAs. No call is required. The provider will see 1820 adult patients per day. VA license and DEA are required. Support staff includes RNs and LPNs. The facility uses a paper charting system and Sapphire for prescriptions.
