This outpatient family medicine clinic provides comprehensive primary care services to patients ages 5 and older in a professional healthcare environment. The facility operates with appropriate support staff including one physician, one nurse practitioner, and administrative and medical assistant personnel to ensure efficient patient care coordination. The clinic maintains standard operating procedures and modern equipment to deliver quality family medicine services during regular business hours.

The nurse practitioner will provide comprehensive family medicine services to patients ages 5 and older in an outpatient clinic environment, managing 15-17 patients daily during regular business hours. Clinical responsibilities include conducting thorough patient evaluations, managing chronic medical conditions, providing preventive healthcare services, and treating acute illnesses as they present. The clinician will maintain accurate medical records and work collaboratively with one physician, one nurse practitioner, and dedicated administrative and medical assistant support staff to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes within the family medicine practice framework.
