# of Physicians & support staff

Fully operational modern newly built clinic staffed with one family medicine physician and 3 mid- levels in need of a full time Family Medicine Physician. Experienced providers and support staff.


Practice & Hospital Call:
FP call rotation for patients discharged for ER only. Office after hour call rotation with FP group. No hospital call schedule / coverage required.


Office hours & Schedule
8AM - 5PM Monday through Friday. Some extended hours mid week - mid level coverage.

100% Outpatient


Expected daily patient volume

25 - 30 per day
