Family Medicine is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join their team. A very busy rural family medicine clinic with 2 physicians and 2 APPand#8217;s when fully staffed. Enjoy a rural lifestyle in our newest state of the art Family Medicine Clinic with the support of our nearby multi-specialty group. This practice consists of two physicians and two advanced practice providers when fully staffed. Standard four-day work week Outpatient only with 1:5 nurse triaged, very light call Lab draw, X-ray, anti coag, dietary, and behavioral health onsite Multi-specialty clinic with specialists readily available for support in 2 other locations 20-25 patients per day EPIC Electronic Medical Record Clinic hours: 8:00 a.m. and#8211; 5:00 p.m. J1 Candidates considered We provide physicians with a robust benefits package which may include: Pay range $296,412 - 320,446 plus RVU Partnership opportunity Silver Award Winner of the AMAand#8217;s Joy in Medicine program for committed efforts to improve physician satisfaction and reduce burnout. 1-year physician partnership track for US candidates Internal student loan repayment of up to $125,000 Physician leaders and decision makers at all levels of the organization Influence and say in the practice 401(k) match and profit sharing Compensation: First year salary guarantee based on MGMA/AMGA median, RVU production in year two.
