Position Overview

Title: Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO)

Location: Waitsburg Family Clinic – Waitsburg, WA

Schedule: Full-Time | 40 hours per week

Compensation: $200,000 – $300,000 annual salary

Structure: 32 patient-facing hours + 8 administrative hours

Qualifications

• Active Washington State MD/DO license (or ability to obtain)
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Primary Care experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative leadership style

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care in a rural clinic setting
• Average 15 patients per day
• Partner with multidisciplinary teams to improve population health
• Support chronic disease management and patient education
• Work collaboratively with the Clinical Manager and leadership team
• Participate in onboarding and oversight of new staff or students
• Contribute to an integrated care model that includes
• Family Medicine
• Behavioral Health
• Dental Services
