Family Medicine Physician – Leadership Opportunity

Position Overview
Title: Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO)
Location: Waitsburg Family Clinic – Waitsburg, WA
Schedule: Full-Time | 40 hours per week
Compensation: $200,000 – $300,000 annual salary
Structure: 32 patient-facing hours + 8 administrative hours

Qualifications
- Active Washington State MD/DO license (or ability to obtain)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Primary Care experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative leadership style
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care in a rural clinic setting
- Average 15 patients per day
- Partner with multidisciplinary teams to improve population health
- Support chronic disease management and patient education
- Work collaboratively with the Clinical Manager and leadership team
- Participate in onboarding and oversight of new staff or students
- Contribute to an integrated care model that includes
- Family Medicine
- Behavioral Health
- Dental Services
