The medical center operates as a fully staffed outpatient clinic with multiple physicians, nursing staff, and medical assistants providing comprehensive support. The facility maintains a structured environment with standard clinic operations and electronic medical record systems. The credentialing timeframe for new clinicians is approximately 90 days.

Washington state offers diverse landscapes throughout the Pacific Northwest region, including the Columbia River, Snoqualmie Falls, and Whidbey Island with opportunities for kayaking and outdoor exploration. The area features historical sites such as Fort Flagler with educational experiences and family activities around historic parade grounds. Cultural events including folk festivals, market celebrations, and community gatherings showcase local arts and music throughout the year.

The clinician will provide comprehensive family medicine services in an outpatient clinic setting, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with flexible 4-5 day scheduling options. The position requires seeing 17-20 patients per day across all age groups, with a preference for candidates having 4-5 years of experience though a minimum of 2 years is acceptable. Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine is required along with Washington state licensure, BLS certification, and DEA registration. The credentialing process requires approximately 90 days for completion.
