This independent, 50-bed, Level 3 trauma hospital and associated clinic system is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join their 11-person Primary Care physician team. Position

4 day work week with no call, weekends, or nights.

Pick your hours: 7-3, 8-4, 9-5, 10-6.

Ramp up period for new graduates with onsite mentorship, experienced doctors seeing 20-25 patients per day.

Cradle to grave scope with option to subspecialize.

Dedicated Medical Assistant for each provider.

EPIC EMR and Virtual Scribe tools available.

Compensation

Guaranteed base salary of $344,000+, provider experience considered.

Up to $20,000 quality incentive bonus.

Productivity wRVU incentive bonuses.

Up to $90,000 sign on bonus.

Student loan repayment of up to $200,000+.

Residency stipend of $2,000/month.
