Family Medicine Physician Locums Job in West Virginia

Details/Requirements: 
--Start: ASAP (60 days for credentialing)  
--Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
--Board Certified in Family Medicine is required  
--Average number of patients per day: 18 
--Prefer candidates with years of experience in ambulatory Family Medicine  
--Types of Cases: Chronic care management, well visits, acute/sick visits, IUD, possible joint injection, low level derm. Procedures  
--Prefer candidates with chronic care management experience
