Job Description
Award-winning critical access hospital located just 30 minutes from Madison, WI is seeking a Family Medicine physician passionate about patient relationships and quality outcomes to join its dynamic team. Practice Details
30-32 patient contact hours per week in clinic and relaxed WRVU requirements allowing you form relationships with your colleagues and patients.
4 or 5 day work weeks - you choose
Join a collegial and mentoring group of 9 primary care physicians
1:6 newborn call and 1:9 clinic call (phone call only)

Compensation Details
$150,000 Sign-on bonus, $280,000 annual compensation, WRVU bonus and eligibility for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program
