- 4 or 5 days per week with flexible appointment templates
- 15 - 17 patients per day -- all ages
- Family medicine residency program affiliation
- Women's health services required
- Opportunity for permanent position
- Medical director role available upon permanent hire
- Experience with scholarly activity and quality improvement required
