Practice Details:
Democratic and collegial team of 7 physicians in the ED
Work anywhere from 7-14 shifts per month based on your preferences
Annual volume of around 12,000 visits
Staffing model is unmatched for support - 3 providers on at any given time with several nursing staff
Opportunity to be involved with or even attend Emergency Medicine Fellowship Program
Family Medicine Residency Program coming in 2027
Very little turnover - physician input and autonomy are unmatched here
Hospital sits on 630 acres of land, including 8 miles of ski trails and a 30-acre lake with a boat landing
Compensation and Benefits:
Employed position with hourly rate in the $225+ range with a total compensation package of around $500,000
Comprehensive benefits include 100% of premiums being paid by the hospital, malpractice/tail coverage, 403B with match up to 5%, and more
$100K Sign-on, Relocation Assistance, Sabbatical, and CME offered as well
