Job Description
Thriving clinic looking to expand with another physician interested in doing the full scope of Family Medicine.
Position Details:
Join a team of 4 other Family Medicine with Obstetrics providers
C-Sections are optional
Minimal call required while collaborating with 11 others at nearby sister campus
See anywhere between 10-16 patients per day
Extremely flexible scheduling options - 4-day work weeks are standard
Opportunity to be involved with a new Family Medicine Residency Program
Independent organization that has added 19 Family Medicine physicians over the last 4 years
Hospital sits on 630 acres of land, including 8 miles of ski trails and a 30-acre lake with a boat landing
Compensation Details:
Hospital employed with salary guarantee, incentive bonus, and call pay equaling nearly $400,000 annually
Lucrative sign-on bonus of $150,000 paid upfront with comprehensive benefits package
A 6-month sabbatical is offered for every 10 years of employment
