Job Description

Prairie Ridge Health Hospital, an award-winning critical access hospital located just 30 minutes from Madison, WI is seeking a Family Medicine physician passionate about patient relationships and quality outcomes to join its dynamic team. Escape the burnout of rigorous RVU requirements and put your patients first in a physician-focused organization.

Overview:
  • 32 patient contact hours per week in clinic and relaxed WRVU requirements allowing you form relationships with your colleagues and patients.
  • Practice at their brand new outpatient clinic in Sun Prairie (suburb in Madison) or Columbus
  • Average of 18 patients per clinic day
  • 4 day work week
  • Primarily an outpatient practice with the opportunity to take newborn call to support and maintain a newborn patient panel
  • Enjoy a physician-focused culture that prioritizes your well-being
  • Join a collegial and mentoring group of 9 primary care physicians
  • EPIC EMR

    Compensation:
  • $150,000 Sign-on bonus, $315,000 annual compensation that includes a never ending base guarantee, WRVU bonus
