Job Description
St. Croix Health, in beautiful St. Croix Falls, Wisconsin has been around for over 100 years. It is a thriving, community focused outpatient practice in beautiful Wisconsin and they are growing! This is an opportunity to practice full scope family medicine in a supportive environment with an exceptional work life balance at one of their three clinic locations.
Position Highlights:
4 day workweek
16-18 patients per day
Visiting specialists available to support the FM team
Brand new, modern clinics with up to date technology
New hospital opening in early 2028!
Compensation & Benefits:
Two year guaranteed salary $325K+
$100K sign on bonus
Relocation assistance
4 weeks of vacation
2 weeks of CME

Opportunities in St. Croix Falls, Webster and Frederic, Wisconsin- All charming communities in western Wisconsin
