Job Description
A growing critical access health system in the heart of Wyoming is recruiting a board eligible or board certified Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or IM-Peds physicians to join their team.
Position Highlights:
Traditional practice model: Minimum 50% dedicated clinic time with inpatient and SNF coverage built into the schedule.
Provider driven scheduling: Flexibility in block coverage, blended clinic days, and rotation structure based on provider preferences.
New 8 bed hospital with 24/7 ED, imaging, and lab services.
Low inpatient volume: Average daily census of ~3 patients in an 8-bed hospital.
True continuity of care across clinic, hospital, and skilled nursing settings.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive base salary with RVU incentives.
Wyoming Retirement System participation — a defined benefit pension providing guaranteed lifetime retirement income.
Robust Sign-on bonus including relocation assistance, CME allowance, and student loan repayment.
