Job Description
A growing critical access health system in the heart of Wyoming is recruiting a board eligible or board certified Family Medicine or IM-Peds physician to join their team.

Position Highlights:
$310,000 - 350,000 base salary year one with addition production bonuses there after.
Robust $90k recruitment package.
4-day work week or flex options offered depending on provider preference.

20% retirement package.
Traditional practice model including inpatient and outpatient services.
True continuity of care across clinic, hospital, and skilled nursing settings.
