- One week per month -- weekdays 7am - 5pm, call coverage 5pm - 7am
- Weekend call coverage 7am - 7am
- 12 - 18 patients per day
- 7 initial consults and 8 subsequent consults daily
- 75% of consults convert to procedures
- Performs colonoscopy and EGDs
- Call volume: 0 - 2 calls per day, 2 - 3 call-ins weekly
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
