This 600-bed faith-based, not-for-profit hospital operates as a Level II trauma center serving Central Arkansas. The facility provides comprehensive gastroenterology services with established protocols for both inpatient and outpatient procedural care. The hospital maintains modern gastroenterology equipment and supportive clinical infrastructure for advanced endoscopic procedures.

The gastroenterologist will provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient gastroenterology coverage performing colonoscopies, EGD with banding, EUS, and ERCP procedures during day shifts. The clinician will manage both scheduled and urgent gastroenterology cases with minimal after hours call requirements due to robust hospitalist and nocturnist coverage. The position involves coordinating care with advanced practice providers and maintaining documentation standards for specialized gastroenterology procedures.
