This outpatient facility provides comprehensive gastroenterology services with established protocols for high risk screening procedures and advanced interventions. The facility maintains Epic EMR system and modern gastroenterology equipment to support ERCP procedures and general gastroenterology care. The institution operates with dedicated coverage schedules to ensure continuous gastroenterology expertise for the community's service needs.

The area offers outdoor recreational opportunities including the Arkansas River Trail, zoo facilities, and golf courses. Hot Springs features farmers markets, gallery walks, and artisan activities such as wax and naturals classes. The gastroenterologist will provide comprehensive outpatient clinic gastroenterology services five days per week managing 12 patients per shift while performing 4 high risk outpatient screening colonoscopies plus inpatient addons per day. The clinician will work 1 week at a time with 1-2 weeks per month scheduling and maintain 1:8 call coverage responsibilities. The position requires ERCP procedures and utilizes Epic EMR system for documentation. Board certification is required for this assignment with call coverage as needed to fulfill the community need for gastroenterology services.
