This 190-bed facility utilizes Cerner EMR system and serves the inpatient population requiring gastroenterology services. The facility maintains 24-hour emergency department services and requires ongoing locum tenens gastroenterology coverage.

The gastroenterologist will provide 24-hour call coverage for inpatient services, responding to emergent cases presented through the Emergency Department. The clinician must handle at least 4 telephonic events and 3-4 in-person events per shift, which may include consultations or gastroenterology procedures. Board certification in Gastroenterology is required, along with prescriptive authority and the ability to work on-site at the facility.
