Physician Career Tracks:
1. Partnership Track (Full-Time) - Full-time physicians are eligible for shareholder status after one year, and equity in endoscopy + pathology center equity in Year 2.
2. Part-Time or Flexible Schedule - Open to physicians seeking 3-5 days per week. Ideal for those prioritizing work-life balance—whether you're raising a family, phasing into retirement, or simply want a more manageable pace.

The Opportunity:

Be part of a collaborative team of 28 providers, including 16 board-certified gastroenterologists, 2 pathologists, and 12 advanced practice providers.

Spend majority of your day scoping; 15-18 procedures per day with minimal call.

Deliver full-spectrum GI care, supported by an on-site endoscopy center and access to EUS and ERCP.
