Gastroenterology Locums Job l Conyers, Georgia

Hospital is looking for coverage 5-10 days per month ongoing.

Details/Requirements for Assignment #107414
- Must have active Georgia license and Board Certification and active ACLS, BLS, CSR and DEA
- Hospital is losing a Gastroenterologist so need is to help supplement coverage until a new permanent provider is in place 
- Will cover inpatient service and call. Will be in-house during the day 7AM-5PM and take call from home/hotel 
- Advanced Gastroenterology procedures are not required. Will consult, scope and perform emergency cases as needed. 
- There are two APPs to support the Gastroenterology physicians and Anesthesia is available 24/7 
- Can expect to see 20-25 patients/cases per day 
- Privileging process takes 5 months on average 
- 161 Bed hospital  
- EMR at the hospital is EPIC
