New Gastroenterology Physician Locums Job in Georgia 

A large Health System in Georgia is seeking a Gastroenterologist to assist with ongoing coverage. 

2025:
--September 8-14
--September 22-28
--October 6-12
--October 20-26
--November 3-9
--November 17-23
--November 24-30 (Thanksgiving)
--December 1-7
--December 15-21
--December 22-28 (Christmas)
--December 29-January 4

Details for Assignment #99633:
- Active Georgia license required
- Current Board Certification required
- ERCPs are required
- EUS is preferred
- 12-hour shifts (7A-7P)
- Can expect 4-5 ERCP/EUS cases per week. There are up to 27 patients on service at a time, but there is an APP to round, so you won't be solo covering that many patients. 
- No other Gastroenterologists covering--but there are other GIs who hold privileges that conduct their own scopes on their patients. The GI hospitalist supports inpatient colonoscopies or patients who are unassigned. 
- There is APP support that will work alongside the locum
- EMR is EPIC
- Credentialing takes 120+ days
