Monday-Friday schedule with some flexibility
Joining 3 other providers and 5 midlevels
1:10 call schedule
Endoscopy center on-site, with option for partnership Year 2
Option for practice partnership after Year 1 with small buy-in
650K+ first year, plus bonuses and eventual partnership revenue
Option for advanced procedures if desired
