Gastroenterology Physician Locum Tenens Job | South Georgia

Position #115808 Overview: We are seeking a Board Certified Gastroenterologist for ongoing outpatient coverage in south Georgia. Please review details below, and connect with Shannon to learn more. 

The hospital covers two facilities one uses conscious sedation and the other anesthesia is available 24/7... but you must be comfortable with conscious sedation in order to be considered.

--October 26- 30, 2026
--November 9-13, 2026
--November 23-25
--November 30 – December 4, 2026
--December 14-18, 2026
--December 21-23, 2026
--December 28-31, 2026

Schedule & Clinical Details:
--Starting: August 2026 and ongoing
--Have opportunity to cover on-campus coverage, Anesthesia available 24/7 hours 7:30-4:30PM or coverage at an ASA colonoscopies and EGDs under conscious sedation (using MAC Anesthesia). 
--Daily Volume: Anticipate 15 procedures per day
--EMR is Meditech

Requirements:
--Active Georgia medical license
--Current Board Certification in Gastroenterology
