Job Description
An established, not-for-profit regional health system in Southwest Louisiana is recruiting a Gastroenterologist to step into immediate demand due to a planned retirement.
This is a hospital-employed role with infrastructure already in place, strong referrals, dedicated procedure time and newly built endoscopy suites.
Practice Highlights:
Join an established GI physician + APP support
Replacing a retiring physician, built-in patient base
Full-spectrum GI
ERCP available
EUS equipment on site (currently referred out = expansion opportunity)
Newly constructed endoscopy suites with surgical backup
Dedicated procedure block time
EPIC EMR
7 days of call per month with shared coverage support
Compensation:
$900K+ earning potential
Guaranteed base + wRVU production model
Additional call pay
Sign-on bonus
