-Bread and butter GI, with opportunity to perform ERCP
-Robust referral network with 45+ primary care providers and 4 urgent care centers
-Serve an aging population with strong screening needs
-Year one total compensation of the MGMA 50th%, then move to an uncapped earning potential via a wRVU productivity model
