About the Clinician's WorkdayThis hospital offers a well-established and highly accomplished Endoscopy Unit with four procedure rooms/endoscopy suites. The team performs a range of procedures including EGD, colonoscopy, pH studies, manometry, sigmoidoscopy, and PEG/PEG-J tube placement, with ERCP and EUS preferred. The facility is equipped with Olympus scopes, hydrogen breath testing, and capsule endoscopy. They use Paragon and EndoPro for EMR and utilize propofol for sedation. Average patient volume is 12 per day, and call coverage is included.
