Job Description
This independent, regional healthcare system, located in one of Minnesota's most affluent suburbs, is seeking to add another BE/BC Gastroenterologist to help keep up with patient demand.
Position Details:
Join a team of three experienced gastroenterologists and two APPs in their busy practice
Fast ramp-up time; Group is currently booking 3+ months out - incoming provider expected to outperform base salary within first 6 months
Procedure-heavy practice - only two half days of clinic per week
Maximize your time in the endo suite by having dedicated RN's and APP's help run your clinic
Epic EMR
Robust hospitalist and ED provider group
Compensation and Benefits:
Highly competitive $800k base salary guarantee plus production bonuses
Demonstrated proven earning potential of $1MM+
$30k signing and relocation package
$6,500 annual CME stipend, student loan repayment eligibility, and 36 days PTO
Comprehensive health/dental/vision, 401k with 10% match, malpractice with tail, and more
