GASTROENTEROLOGIST OPPORTUNITY

HOSPITAL

Not for profit hospital with over 250 total beds and surgery and endoscopy center. Majority of patients seen outpatient clinic.  Assisted outpatient by RN and CMA as well as RN in hospital who performs pre-rounding. EMR is EPIC. 60-90 days for hospital credentialing.

Join existing team of 2 physicians & 1 NP in not for profit hospital in Mississippi

Bread and butter Gastroenterology with work life balance

Opportunity due to growing patient volume, coverage gap, anticipated succession planning & physician who relocated

Will see patients in clinic, hospital & endoscopy center

No allocated overhead

Shared call 1:3

Mon-Fri 8a-5p

Supported by RN, CMA

RN performs pre-rounding at hospital

Will be mostly outpatient and endoscopy center for procedures

250 bed Facility

Be busy immediately

Clinic/Surgery Schedule: New physician schedule can be customized with     flexibility. Current GI physicians operate 2 days/week @surgery center, then clinic 2 ½ days a week. Half days on Friday.

Exceptional referral-base with strong Primary Care & Hospitalist program

$100k Sign on Bonus/Assistance for Loans/Extra Relo

Can earn over $650,000 total in year one

Base Salary commensurate with experience

Salary plus productivity- RVU model

Fellows eligible for STIPEND to sign before graduation
