A facility in NY is looking for a locum tenens Gastroenterologist to assist with inpatient and procedural support starting on July 1st. Candidates must be Board Certified and licensed in NY to apply.
The facility is located in Binghampton, NY.
This position offers 24-hour call shifts from 7 a.m. to 7 a.m., with an average of 4 calls per shift and about 1 hour of expected callback time. Rounding typically takes 2 hours. Support includes 2 RNs, 4 MAs, 3 PA/NPs, and 10 office staff. Required procedures include colonoscopies and EGDs.
