Job Description
Seeking a board-certified Gastroenterologist to lead their growing practice.
The successful candidate will serve as chief of the Division of Gastroenterology.
Should have a desire to foster a collaborative teaching and research environment between fellows and faculty and have a proven record of clinical leadership.
Growing 9-hosptial physician-led private not for profit healthcare system
Opportunity to lead an active GI service inclusive of an outpatient clinic, ASC, inpatient endoscopy suite, and will assist with oversight of regional gastroenterology services
Established practice with 9 experienced gastroenterologists and 2 Nurse Practitioners
State of the art outpatient endoscopy center and newly renovated inpatient GI lab inclusive of 3 interventional rooms and 20 pre and post procedure bays
Inpatient support by GI hospitalist program
Opportunity to participate and lead recruitment efforts, quality initiatives, strategic growth, and provider development
Protected weekly procedure days
Procedures will include general gastroenterology cases with support from three advanced endoscopists
Ability to teach and to be supported by the Gastroenterology Fellowship program that includes 6 fellows as well as residents
